Average Delivery Times
- After you place your order, we require 1–3 business days to process it. Most orders are processed within one business day, but orders placed on Fridays or weekends may take a little longer to process.
- Once your order has been processed, it will be dispatched and should arrive within 8–15 business days. While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control.

Out-of-Stock Items
If an item is out of stock, we will contact you promptly with alternative options — for example, a substitute item or a later shipment. It is the customer’s responsibility to reply promptly to these communications. Failure to respond may lead to delays for which Watson & Jones™ cannot be held responsible. We will proceed with shipping the available items once we have informed you of the situation.
Order Cancellation
Once your order is placed, it is automatically processed and prepared for dispatch. Because of this, it is not possible to cancel an order after processing has begun. If you have concerns after receiving your order, we offer a hassle‑free returns process. You may return your item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. However, any additional costs incurred due to incorrect shipping addresses or uncollected parcels will be the customer’s responsibility.

Responsibility for Collection of Undelivered Parcels
If a delivery attempt is made and no one is available to receive it, the parcel will be held at your local post office or delivery depot for collection. It is the customer’s responsibility to collect the parcel within the timeframe specified by the carrier. If the parcel is returned to us due to failure to collect, we cannot refund the original shipping costs. Upon request, the parcel can be re‑shipped at the customer’s expense.
If a delivery is disputed, the customer must provide evidence showing that we did not fulfill our duty to attempt delivery.
